Beginner Group Coaching

In this beginner stage, I'm here to help you start strong. We'll work on improving your mental health, breaking bad habits, and starting good ones to make your life healthier. We'll also tackle any issues that have stopped you from meeting your health goals before.

The Beginner phase covers important aspects like understanding key terminology, navigating the changes in body chemistry, and building habits that support lasting behavior change. Together, we’ll focus on maintaining a steady stream of ketones—which we’ll test and check regularly—keeping total carbs under 20 grams, and overcoming cravings. These are all crucial steps that prepare you to confidently step into the Intermediate level when you’re ready. Your first meeting will be all about setting the stage for success—clarifying goals, understanding the program structure, and showing you how the levels work together to create a seamless path forward.

Here's what we'll do together in the Beginner class:

  • Figure out your keto 'why'—this should be a reason that really touches your heart.

  • Set your own achievable health goals.

  • Clean out your kitchen, throw out the unhealthy stuff, and fill it with good food choices to make your keto lifestyle easier.

  • Plan your keto meals without breaking the bank

  • Learn new ways to deal with stress and challenges that are part of life and not derail your lifestyle!

  • Set up tools and trackers to keep track of your keto progress—this helps you and me know you're on the right path.

  • Let go of bad habits and create great, new ones for a lifetime. 

  • Let's make your home a great place that helps you make those amazing changes.
