How does it work?

We start with food, what to eat, how much and how food changes the chemistry of your body that makes weight loss easy. Learning what makes you tick is vital to making the changes you need. We cover other areas of your life, but food is a tangible way to observe what comes up for you when you are trying to implement a lifestyle change.

Where do we meet?

We meet weekly for a 60-minute coaching session online through Zoom, so distance doesn’t matter or in person if you are local. Virtual sessions are recorded for you (unless you’d prefer not to) so you can relive breakthroughs and valuable insights you get from our time together.

How do I know I won't slip back into my old ways?

Together we challenge old beliefs and behaviours that don’t serve you. Between sessions, you have time to reflect and implement strategies that support new behaviours.

At the start, your homework and insights provide the structure for our sessions together. There is no formula to our sessions. You have your own pressing needs to discuss and I won’t stick to a structure just for the sake thereof because breakthroughs happen when you are open and receptive. Once the groundwork is laid, we we set achievable goals and deal with that other 80% of life that comes up and influences what you put into your mouth and that is where the value lies..

What do I have to eat and do I need to cook?

Meal plans and recipes are available to you but learning how to fit these into your own unique way of life is a skill I can help you learn. You can eat this way without cooking, but that leaves the deliciousness in someone else’s hands. We will encourage you to cook recipes, or try new things, as we move you away from eating junk.

What if I get stuck between sessions?

I am with you every step of the way and you can get in touch with me all the time through Facebook Messenger and email

What if I need more support?

You are automatically a member of the exclusive paid-only members FaceBook group where we amp up motivation and accountability, which includes fortnightly scheduled group sessions to meet and catch up with like-minded people on the same journey.

How long do we work together?

I work in 4 weekly rotations which I have found to be a powerful timeframe, because it is the sweet spot between too short a time where you are just seeing the tide turn but aren’t ready to go solo yet and longer, where the outcomes are too hard to predict. We will have 3 regular scheduled 1:1 coaching sessions, together with an implementation week every three weeks where you take control and practice your new lifestyle independently.
